Countdown to Oscar's

So I can't believe that almost a year ago I started this blog.  I started it on Oscar's Night 2011.  I love the Oscar's.  I love movies.  I love disappearing into another life if only for a couple of hours.  I'm getting ready for 31 days of Oscar on TCM (Turner Classic Movie- cable channel). The whole month they show movies that have been nominated or won a beloved "gold guy".  Their schedule isn't quite out yet, but the promo is great.  Go here to view their trailer for 31 days of Oscar http://www.tcm.com/mediaroom/video/464956/31-Days-Of-Oscar-2012-Movie-Promo-.html . I'm struggling to find the list for this year's schedule, but will keep you posted once I find it.  I thought since I've been struggling with treadmill runs I should look at seeing how many "Best Picture" winners I've actually seen.  So at the end of this post will be a list of all "Best Picture" winners and a Yes/No whether I've seen it or not.  Some of the movies I feel like I've seen parts of, but not the whole thing (i.e. The Deer Hunter- just to name one).

Now for the tough part: What "1" movie out of this list would I put as my all time Oscar Favorite?  This is extremely tough.

And the winner is: gut reaction scrolling down the list below... Gone With the Wind
